Your First Step to Healthier Feet
Understanding and addressing your foot health needs.
New Patients: Your first visit includes a complete review of your foot health concerns, medical history, and a comprehensive foot assessment. Your Chiropodist will explain the findings and work with you to create a personalized management plan.

Once the plan is explained and understood, you will proceed with treatment if needed. This may include follow-up care, skin and nail care, orthotics, exercises, or footwear guidance, all tailored to your needs.

What Counts as a “New Patient”?
You are considered a New Patient at Rainville Foot Health if:
- It is your first visit to any of our locations,
- It has been more than 5 years since your last appointment, or
- You are presenting with a new foot health concern that is not already part of your existing management plan.
- In these cases, please book an Initial Consultation so we can assess your needs and create or update your care plan.
